Florence Chard Dacey is a poet, creative writing teacher, and consultant in rural community arts and rural intergenerational programming.
Educated at St. Louis and Stanford Universities, she served in the Peace Corps in Nigeria and raised three children before focusing full-time on writing, teaching, and working for more vital rural communities.
She loves giving readings of her poetry, music, gardens, the Minnesota River Valley, and almost everything Irish.
